They appear to be legitimate, however there are a few strange items you should take into account.
They have an unsatisfactory record with the BBB.
They registered their domain anonymously with Domains by Proxy Inc. which is strange for a company dealing with large sums of money.
All in all, I would say you are probably safe, but if given the chance I would opt for a different method of payment. Preferably with a more prominent company.
